Teriyaki Malarkey Tofu Stir-Fry by Tanya



1 bottle of Teriyaki Malarkey

1 tsp rapeseed oil

1 tsp sesame oil (optional)





Egg noodles


Drain and remove tofu from packaging before slicing into 1 cm pieces

Place tofu slices onto a layer of kitchen roll, put another piece of kitchen roll on top and then a small plate to help squeeze out excess water – this makes sure your tofu crisps in the pan!

Preheat wok/ frying pan to medium-high heat- with oil

Meanwhile prepare the vegetables as you wish – save time with long slices

Place tofu into the frying pan and fry until starting to brown

Add boiling water to noodles in a bowl (leave covered for 2 mins) to half cook

Add vegetables and Teriyaki Malarkey sauce, cook for 5-8 minutes stirring often

Drain noodles and through into mix – stir through for 2 mins

Remove pan from the heat and serve
