Smokey Cokey Warm Turkey Salad by Tanya
Ingredients
1 bottle Smokey Cokey
3-4 sliced turkey breasts
6-8 boiled new potatoes
12 baby plum tomatoes
½ red onion sliced
Iceberg lettuce/ mixed leaves (optional)
Grated cheese (optional)
Olives (optional)
Method
Preheat a frying pan to medium heat
Add turkey breast and cover with Smokey Cokey sauce
Fry for 6-8 minutes turning occasionally until flesh turns from pink to white
Meanwhile line the edges of a large salad bowl with full Iceberg leaves and drop mixed leaves in the bottom
Drop tomatoes and potatoes, and red onion – covering leaves evenly
Top with the warm Smokey Cokey cooked Turkey Breast
Sprinkle with cheese and black olives
