Fiery Fiasco Nachos by Tanya


3/4 bottle Fiery Fiasco (or more!)


Red onion

Fresh/ frozen coriander


Sour cream

Nacho chips

Grated cheese


Preheat the grill

Pour the nacho chips onto an ovenproof tray/plate and cover with grated cheese

Place under the grill and cook until the cheese starts to golden on top (~5 minutes)

Meanwhile chop and mash the avocado in a bowl, add ¼ bottle of Fiery Fiasco and mix

In a separate bowl, combine sliced red onion and chopped tomatoes and add a sprinkling of coriander, mix well

Remove nachos from the grill

Spoon the Fiery avocado smash and tomato salsa onto the nachos along with a generous blob of sour cream

Serve immediately
