Fiery Fiasco Fish Fiesta by Tanya

Ingredients

1 bottle Fiery Fiasco

2 Salmon fillets

2 Cod fillets

12-16 raw king prawns

Olives

Lemon

Parsley

Microwave rice

Method

Preheat frying pan to medium heat

Slice lemon and drain olives, put to one side

Cut fish into inch sized pieces and add to pan

Pour over bottle of Fiery Fiasco sauce, add lemon and olives and fry for 7-8 minutes

Add prawns – Fry until pink

Meanwhile wash and boil the new potatoes in water until soft and fry samphire for 3-5 minutes

Once fish is cooked through and prawns are pink remove pan from the heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve alongside the vegetables
