Cucumber Blunder Vegetarian Fried Rice by Tanya

Ingredients

 ½ bottle Cucumber Blunder

1 tsp extra virgin olive oil/rapeseed oil

2 large eggs

1 packet easy cook rice

Peas

Cabbage (sliced)

Any other vegetables of choice

Soy sauce (optional)

Method

Preheat frying pan on medium heat with oil

Crack eggs into pan and stir in pan until cooked

Add veg and rice

Pour in Cucumber Blunder and mix in

Lower heat and let veg cook

Serve into bowls

Soy Sauce on the side
