Cucumber Blunder Seared Salmon Fillet by Tanya

Ingredients

1/4 bottle Cucumber Blunder Saucy Affair

Salmon fillet

Tenderstem broccoli

Lemons

Cucumber to garnish

Method

Preheat frying pan on a medium heat

On a plate place the salmon fillet and smother with cucumber blunder sauce

Turn pan up to a high heat and add to salmon to one side of the pan

Sear the salmon until sides are browned

Add more sauce and warm through

Boil or pan fry broccoli until tender

Remove salmon and serve on bed of broccoli

Use any leftover sauce from the pan as a drizzle
