Cucumber Blunder Chicken Mini Fillets by Tanya

Ingredients

1 bottle of Cucumber Blunder

Chicken mini fillets

Mangetout

Rice noodles

Soy sauce (optional)

Method

Preheat a frying pan to medium heat

Add chicken mini fillets and cover with Cucumber Blunder sauce (1/2 bottle)

Fry chicken for a few minutes turning regularly until flesh turns from pink to white

Add mangetout and the remaining sauce

Cook chicken until golden brown (~ 5minutes)

Meanwhile cook rice noodles according to pack instructions

Remove pan from the heat and serve chicken, mangetout and remaining sauce over the cooked noodles

Serve with Soy Sauce
